Phil Rowley is one of the greats when it comes to tying flies. If you want to learn about which flies work and why, hes the man to show you. Phil is very well known for his fly tying designs and techniques throughout western North America and has a successful book out on the subject. Hes also a great Stillwater fly fisherman with more tricks up his sleeve than a magician.
