Toray fabric technology was developed specifically for fishing waders. The QuadraLam fabric featured in the Freestone and Blackfoot waders is a heavy-duty engineered fabric with a microporous waterproof coating that utilizes 2-layer coated fabric, a single membrane layer and a tricot backer to offer improved durability.
The TIZIP Masterseal 6 is made from high-strength fabric coated with thermoplastic polyurethane. The extra strong plastic teeth are fixed on top and bottom of the zipper tape. The zipper's coupling elements keep the sealing edges thightly sealed together when the zipper is closed. The result is a waterproof zipper tested at 200 mbar
