Furled leaders turn over like a dream and are far more durable than mono tapered leaders. A properly cared for furled leader can last seasons rather than hours or days like a tapered mono leader.
Our Furled leaders are made from nylon and feature a 5 step taper.
They are looped in the butt section to allow for easy leader changes using loop to loop connections.
The tip section is also looped to allow for the addition of tippet without having to tie a knot in the leader. Simply tie your tippet through the loop.
