About the Authors:
Dr. Dave Samuel has published over 500 articles and columns in 15-20 different outdoor magazines. He presently publishes 5-8 features per year in Bowhunter Magazine, and writes the Know Whitetails column in Whitetail Journal. He has trained roughly 2/3 of the major deer biologists in the United States. Bob Zaiglin is presently the lead instructor and department chair in the Wildlife Management Department at Southwest Texas Junior College. He is also a field editor for Deer and Deer Hunting and Texas Trophy Hunters.
