TALES OF FISHING
Author: Bryn Hammond
Publisher: HALCYON PRESS, Jul 2005
A collection of stories, tales of adventure, exploration & fishing, mostly for trout, in New Zealand & beyond.
As a sea-going captain, Bryn Hammond plied the seven seas, although mostly the Pacific. His spiritual home was always New Zealand, but in his travels he took every opportunity to explore the fishing available from each port of call. Returning always to what he regards as the best trout fishing in the world in New Zealand.
The result is a collection of stories, tales of adventure, exploration & fishing, mostly for trout, in New Zealand & beyond. Each has its own memories and a search, not only for the fish, but the associations of events & people, that have made these places special.
