A rotary vice allows the vice to rotate on the same axis as the shank of the hook. This allows you to tie on a material, and then rotate the hook to apply the material. You get much greater accuracy in placement of materials because you can always see where the material is being applied. The included bobbin holder keeps the bobbin out of the way while you wrap materials. Includes C-Clamp for attaching the vice to your work surface.
