ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Born in 1967 to a family with a long association with wilderness pursuits and exploration, KENT FRASER has been an impassioned adventurer and addicted angler since his first solo crawl to the family goldfish pone.
Based in the United Kingdom and Asia for the last decade, Kent has meandered around the globe fishing, mountain biking and hiking in some of the most exotic and inaccessible corners of Asia, Africa, Europe and the Caribbean. It is the familiar landscape of New Zealand that continues to provide the ultimate playground and a most spectacular backdrop for the pursuit of the trout on the fly.
A graduate of Auckland University and the Sir Edmund Hillary Outdoor Pursuit Centre, Kent has shared his experiences by writing articles for fishing and travel magazines and through photographic and audiovisual productions from his enterprises IntrepidAngler.com and LiveBait Productions.
