ABOUT THE AUTHORS:
Daniel Hackett is a professional fly fishing guide and has been writing fly fishing feature articles for various national magazines and websites, and is a regular contributor to FlyLife magazine. Passionate about promoting Tasmania, environmental stewardship and fostering participation in fly fishing, Daniel developed the In Season concept in July 2006 and the rest, as they say, is history. Daniel holds graduate and post graduate qualifications in Aquaculture and Marine Resource Management.
Brad Harris, a full-time professional photographer since 1990, is one of those 'outdoorsy' types. A keen road cyclist, mountainbiker, climber, paddler and bushwalker (as long as it's to somewhere with trout), he is rarely without a camera. Brad is also the staff photographer for FlyLife, Australasia's leading fly fishing magazine. His work can be seen in every issue since #42. Brad hopes this book will inspire more people to go fishing, believing that the more people appreciating our amazing waterways and wilderness, the louder the voice for their conservation.
